By accessing or using the Rexa mobile application (“App”), website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rexa provides audio content designed to support focus, relaxation, and sleep. The Service is intended for general wellness and entertainment purposes only and is not a medical or therapeutic product.
Individual experiences may vary. Some audio content may include immersive or emotionally evocative elements. Listener discretion is advised.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Rexa, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.
Rexa does not require you to create an account to use the core features of the Service. Purchases are managed through your device’s app store account (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play account).
Rexa offers both free and premium features. Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account in accordance with that platform’s policies. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
Any “lifetime” purchase refers to access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user, and may be subject to reasonable limitations.
All audio, text, graphics, and other materials available through the Service are owned or licensed by Rexa and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service or violate any applicable laws. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or Rexa.
Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full attention. Audio experiences may affect alertness or perception.
If you experience discomfort while using the Service, discontinue use immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or abusive manner.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Rexa does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Rexa may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
